ONLINE PARENT PRE-PARTICIPATION ATHLETIC REGISTRATION 2017-2018

New for the students participating in sports for the upcoming 2017-2018 school year… Parents of students participating in sports for the 2017-2018 school year, must complete the Pre-Participation forms online. The link provided below is the standard link where students and parents can create their profile and then complete all the necessary forms for your child to be able to participate in sports. Inportant Notice StampWith the recent change to athletics, 6th graders can now try out for all sports but football.  Students must have a current physical, concussion statement, eligibility papers, and a parent must have attended a sports briefing prior to staying after school for any sport try-out (November 13, 2017).
All required documents can be found on the John Griffin’s website in”ATHLETICS.”  Some papers can be filled out and submitted on line but only after after you register.
Parent sports briefing for winter sports (if you have not already attended):
October 30 & 31st @ 5:30 pm, school cafeteria.
