Schools will start at their regular time on Wednesday, January 3, 2018; however, because of expected inclement weather conditions, the Cumberland County School system will release two hours early tomorrow afternoon (Wednesday, January 3).
Afternoon Prime Time will operate for two hours after dismissal.
All after-school activities are canceled.

JGMS Student Athletes of the Month/ December

Beginning during the 2017-2018 John Griffin Middle School, will be recognizing outstanding Student athletes. Each month, our athletic department selects a male amd female student that displays exemplary attributes both academcally and athletically.
Each recipient receives a plaque courtesy of Crown Tropy.
For the month of December 2017 the Athletes selected are:
Male:   Alex F. – Basketball  and Female:  Zahara G. – Basketball.

Due to inclement weather conditions, the Cumberland County Schools will operate on a two-hour delay on Tuesday, January 2, 2018.

Unless otherwise announced, the Central Services staff, principals and 12-month personnel will observe a normal work schedule.

Morning Prime Time will not be available. Afternoon Prime Time will observe their normal schedule.

No breakfast will be served.
