3d puzzle cube with world flagsTomorrow is our 2018 JGMS Multicultural Fair “Passport to Unity.”  Students are allowed to bring smartphones to the fair as long as they have downloaded a QR reader.  We will have some ipads for students to use as well, but students can always pair up with a classmate who has a device.

As students tour the exhibits, they will scan the QR codes at each site.  Two questions will appear for students to answer orally.  If the student gets the answer correct, they will receive a stamp in their passport.  The team student with the most stamps will have his or her name entered into a schoolwide raffle with the chance to win a $25 Visa gift card.

While students are touring the exhibits, live multicultural performances will be ongoing.  Although this is a new venue for conducting the Multicultural Fair, we hope that it is not only entertaining but engaging as well
